The countdown to race weekend has officially begun, and our entire team is working hard to prepare for welcoming you to Yakurai.
Today, we have an important announcement about the “Welcome Party,” a special event to enjoy after the race.
Our Apologies for the Delay in Opening Registration
First of all, we sincerely apologize for keeping you waiting.
We have received many inquiries from cyclists, families, and supporters asking, “When will registration for the Welcome Party open?” and “When will more details be announced?”
Due to the time required for final arrangements, it has taken us longer than expected to open registration. We sincerely apologize for the delay.
Registration for the Welcome Party and reservations for the shuttle bus will finally open today, Friday, August 14 at 12:00 PM (noon)!
Raise a Glass with Kami’s Finest Local Food, Sake, and Craft Beer!
The Welcome Party will be held from 5:00 PM on Saturday, August 22 at the main venue, Togeinosato Sports Park.
This is more than just a social gathering. It is a special opportunity to celebrate after the race, share stories from the course, and get ready for the following day’s group ride—all while enjoying the outstanding food and drinks of Kami, surrounded by the Globally Important Agricultural Heritage System of the Osaki Kodo region.
